Chlamydia test kit ordering

Not sure what to order? click here

We have had some problems with the supply and delivery of chlamydia kits

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these delays and suggest that if you experience any ongoing problems you signpost your service users to our main website pages where they can order individual test kits online.

We have recently replaced separate postal kits for either urine or swab samples with combined kits that contain both options and can therefore be used for males/females/trans. Urine samples are best for males/those with a penis and swabs for females/those with a vagina.

Test Kits

Please note that all sample collection kits have an expiry date (usually at least a year from the issue); Order what you think you will use over the next 6-12 months, and remember to rotate your stock - Thank you!

*Please note that postal kit display boxes are expensive, so order only what you need!

Leaflets and posters

Please offer the information page of the test request form to all young people being screened from chlamydia

Patients can visit patient.info/sexual-health and sexwise.org.uk for a range of valuable information.
